I started my sobriety journey in 2020 and trained as a Sober Coach in 2023. Since then I have worked with mid-life men who want to change their relationship with alcohol.

I want to start a conversation with the many men who’ve told me they want more community in sobriety. Early sobriety is full of change—physically, emotionally, socially. Having a group of like-minded guys to lean on can make all the difference.
